HOW WE WORK

We work closely with Hiring Teams to fully understand their requirements. It is critical to us to have an in-depth understanding of a role and also the company culture and team culture, so that we can pinpoint the right people to recruit.

Recruitment Management

We manage the entire process of recruitment for our Clients. This includes:

Initial kick-off meeting with Hiring Team to gain role requirements and discuss key responsibilities
Assist with job descriptions and job postings
Candidate attraction including advertising and direct searching on LinkedIn and other channels
Conduct initial Candidate Interviews, shortlist and arrange interviews for our Clients
Assist with interview questions and techniques
Assist in making candidate offers, and also handle any rejection notifications

Talent Sourcing

Talent Sourcing is more focused on finding candidates to pass to our Clients to then vet more fully themselves. Great for start-ups and also supplementing existing Talent Acquisition Teams. We have a dedicated team who constantly search various channels for top talent.

Talent Sourcing includes:

Advertising on LinkedIn, Indeed, Wellfound, Work in Startups, and other relevant job boards
Direct sourcing across our significant network, LinkedIn, StackOverflow, Github, and so on.
Interviewing of candidates to assure suitability.
Short list provided to client so that they can continue with the recruitment process.
